24-26 City Quay is a modern Grade A office building of 115,000 sq. ft (10,584 sq . m) fully upgraded and extended in 2020. The works included a full CAT A upgrade of the building including: Ground floor reception & building entrance , new shower block, fully modernised lifts, new air conditioning and new toilets. The Cat A specification included ceiling mounted air conditioning, suspended ceilings with LED light fittings, raised access floors and under floor power distribution.
The building was extended to the rear of 4th and 5th floors creating an additional approx.10,000 sq ft (approx. 930 sq. m.).
