Home to Vodafone, Tullow Oil and Merrill Lynch, Central Park now has its own Luas Station. As joint development managers from 1999 to 2011, Urban Solutions played an active role in this project from site acquisition, master planning and design, securing planning permission for 1.7 million sq.ft. of offices, procurement and construction, through to marketing and letting the completed buildings including the single largest letting in the history of the State at the time to Vodafone who took approximately 23,000 sq.m. (250,000 sq.ft.) in a single building.
