A striking new entrance gives Block 4 its own identity on Talbot Street, Dublin 1 at the Irish Life Centre. This 2019 refurbishment of a 1980's first floor office of approx. 802 sq.m./ 8,635 sq.ft. included a full CAT A upgrade with new toilet and shower facilities, raised access floor with power & data distribution, suspended ceiling with LED light fittings and air-conditioning, with a clear floor-ceiling height of 2.85m. The refurbishment achieved a BER of A3 and a BCAR Completion Certificate.
