An extensive upgrade and remodeling of 6,160 sq. m. Grade A office building over seven floors overlooking Grand Canal Dock, Dublin 2. Full project was completed January 2016 and was originally constructed in 2007. The refurbishment work included replacement Cat A fit out on each open plan office floor with reception area, lift lobbies and washrooms fully upgraded.
