Block 3 is the headquarters of Irish Life Assurance plc. This Project will transform the existing office space for a workforce of approx. 2000 employees to form approx. 19,500 sq m of fully refurbished interlinked Blocks 3A and 3B with a new central atrium & staircase that improves circulation and connects the two blocks both horizontally & vertically. The existing Leisure Centre will be fully refurbished comprising the swimming pool, sports hall, gym, squash court and changing / shower / toilet facilities all interlinked to the Block 3 offices. The internal Secret Garden will be remodelled and new roof-top gardens & terraces formed.
On completion the Project will achieve an A3 Building Energy Rating, Net Zero Carbon Certification, LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum and WiredScore Gold accreditations.
