IPUT and the Cashel Fund have redesigned and revitalised this well-known public space with the renowned Landscape Architect -Robert Townshend charged with the a redesign of the public plaza which sits prominently between The Conrad hotel, The Earlsfort office development and the National Concert Hall. This project was completed Spring 2019.
