IPUT Real Estate are the Landlords for their Tenant the Australian Embassy with the project brief prepared by their Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). Achieving PC within the Programme was a critical factor for both parties and was successfully achieved through a collaborative effort led by Urban Solutions with constant communication between DFAT, the Design Team and the Contractors including monitoring progress jointly across Irish and Australian time-zones. The design and fit out are of an exceptionally high standard creating both a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant working environment while maintaining internationally recognised security specifications.
The opening ceremony was officiated by the Australian Ambassador to Ireland Richard Andrews, and Australian Minister for Foreign Affairs Marise Payne and an Tánaiste Simon Coveney in September 2018.
