Refurbishing and Redesigning a Corporate HQ of 125,000 sq. ft. overlooking the Custom House and the River Liffey.
Planning permission was obtained for the extension, refurbishment and redesign of this landmark building forming part of the Georges Quay complex in Dublin 2.
Designed to LEED Platinum standards with an A-rated BER, this landmark office building was completed in November 2017.
It provides high spec individual floor plates of up to 20,000 sq ft per floor and contains one of the most generous and striking entrance lobbies in Dublin, together with a feature glass backed scenic lift and two fully glazed internal atria that flood the space with natural light.
