Fit Out of 1,400 M2 of prime office space on the fourth floor of 24-26 City Quay overlooking the river Liffey and the IFSC. This followed on from a complete upgrade of the 10,500 M2 building which focused on achieving the Irish Life sustainability targets including an A3 BER, LEED Gold and Fitwel certification. The fit out was carried out with a multinational corporation taking occupation in December 2021. KMD architects design incorporated a combination of private meeting spaces and generous break out areas reflecting their interpretation of the many organisations thinking around the change in workplace environments. The Design team included KMD Architects, JMCA Consulting engineers, KSN Cost Consultant, ARUP facades, OCSC Structural Engineers, MJP Fire and DAC consultants, Ashview Health & Safety.
