Urban Solutions recently obtained planning permission for a stunning new office campus containing five world class buildings with a combined floor area of 450,000 sq.ft. Designed by Henry J Lyons the scheme is located adjacent to the Sandyford Luas Terminal and was inspired by the success of Stockley Park in London.
The scheme incorporates a beautifully landscaped ‘pocket park’ at its centre in addition to generous open plaza areas creating a sense of space and openness to compliment the striking office buildings.
