Having overseen the refurbishment of No.2 Hume Street in 2011 and the remodeling of the reception area in No.46 St.Stephens Green in 2015 , work to complete triumvirate of adjoining buildings in this location commenced in October 2015 and was completed in late autumn 2016.
No.47-49 is approximately 2,787 Sq. m(30,000 sq. ft.) upgraded to provide Grade A modern office accommodation, with replacement of all plant, mechanical and electrical, ceilings, lights fittings(replaced with LED), all joinery and washrooms , lifts and redesigned reception area. The offices overlook St.Stephens Green with the fourth floor incorporating a fully glazed curtain wall and roof terrace.
