Through his career, John has worked on a considerable variety of building types and styles, including refurbishment, extensions & fit-out of existing buildings and complete new building projects leading ‘integrated design teams’.
John brings technical skills, design expertise, site construction and contractual knowledge, in both the private & public sector, to each project in a pro-active and collaborative approach.
He has had an active role in the following most recent relevant projects :
- New Student Learning Leisure & Sports Centre at UCD
- Refurbishment of office Blocks C, 1, 4 and 5 at the Irish Life Centre
- Public Realm redevelopment at the Irish Life Centre
- Refurbishment of offices at 3 Georges Dock, Dublin 1 for Irish Life
- Refurbishment of offices at Pembroke Street, Dublin 2
- Refurbishment & fit-out of offices at Shelbourne Road, Dublin 4 for IPUT / IBM
- Core refurb to offices at 4 Georges Dock, Dublin 1 for Irish Life
- Extension/ additional floors and Cat A refurb of Nos 5 & 6 Earlsfort Terrace, Dublin 2 for IPUT
- Fit out for the Australian Embassy, St.Stephens Green, Dublin 2
